Driving Organisational Effectiveness Through Employee Experience

A 1-Day In-Company Programme – Brought to Your Organisation

This programme is the in-company version of the executive retreat conducted at IIT Hyderabad – the same proven EXD framework, delivered inside your organisation with your own cross-functional team.

One intensive day applies structured diagnostic and intervention tools to your real organisational challenges. The friction your teams discuss is yours. The pilot blueprint your leaders leave with is real and ready to run.

The programme has been delivered to leaders from Google, HSBC, Wells Fargo, Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, Texas Instruments and others through the IIT Hyderabad open cohort. The in-company version brings the same methodology inside your walls, with your people, on your problems.

immersive experience

The EXD In-Company Programme is built on a learning-by-doing philosophy. Every session applies a structured tool from the EXD framework to a challenge your organisation is carrying.

The morning builds the diagnostic lens – participants see their organisation as a system of interfaces, name exactly where it breaks, and calculate what it costs. The afternoon moves into design and action – participants generate redesign ideas, select the strongest, and build a pilot plan before they leave the room.

The most valuable outcome is rarely any single tool. It is the conversation that happens when HR, Facilities, IT and business leadership work on the same problem together.
