Redesigning first-90-days journey
Using the Experience Journey Map tool, we redesign the onboarding journey from pre-boarding (the point at which a candidate evaluates your employer brand) through to Day 90. Each high-friction touchpoint reviewed and redesigned for the incoming generation.
