EXD Audit

A structured diagnostic that maps exactly where friction is costing your organisation – and what to fix first. Duration depends on organisation size, typically 2 to 4 weeks.

WHAT IT IS

The fastest way into the EXD process

Most organisations know something is wrong with how work feels. They cannot always name it precisely. The EXD Audit names it – specifically and evidentially – without requiring a long-term commitment.

We apply two tools to your organisation: the Friction Mapping Canvas and the VIBE Score. You receive a clear picture of where friction is concentrated and a prioritised list of what to address first.

WHAT THE AUDIT PRODUCES

FRICTION REPORT: A written diagnosis mapping friction across 7 dimensions – spatial, digital, process, relational, organisational, AI-remediable, and neurodiverse. Where it is, how severe, and who it affects most.

VIBE SCORE BASELINE: Your organisation’s perception score across 4 dimensions. The benchmark you measure all future progress against – whether you proceed to a fuller engagement or act on the findings yourself.

How it Works – 4 Steps

Duration varies by organisation size – typically 2 weeks for smaller organisations, up to 4 weeks for larger or more complex ones.
