FRICTION REPORT: A written diagnosis mapping friction across 7 dimensions – spatial, digital, process, relational, organisational, AI-remediable, and neurodiverse. Where it is, how severe, and who it affects most.
VIBE SCORE BASELINE: Your organisation’s perception score across 4 dimensions. The benchmark you measure all future progress against – whether you proceed to a fuller engagement or act on the findings yourself.
