Most of what we do at iDream runs through engagements an audit, a strategy programme, a change rollout, each one built on the EXD Framework. Two parts of that framework have grown into something you can run on their own: software that keeps measuring, and software that keeps answering, long after an engagement ends.
Each product works standalone – you don’t need an iDream consulting engagement to use either one. But both are built on the same EXD Framework as our services, so when you do bring us in, they carry straight through: the score you start with is the one you keep tracking, and what employees are actually asking becomes a live view into where the friction really is.

Run it on its own for a fast diagnostic, or carry it through an EXD Strategy or Change Management engagement to prove the friction is actually going down.

Worksense is an AI assistant employees can ask anything – benefits, policy, where to find a form – grounded in your own documents, answering instantly instead of waiting on a ticket. On its own, it clears the everyday noise HR fields by hand. Alongside an EXD engagement, every question it answers is also a signal of where the friction actually is.
